"You're twins!" "No!" "Mum should have told us!" "I feel deceived!" "Dubbed!" "Hoodwinked!"

I thought I should give a real update. You know, because, it might make you all happy. Or not. I don't know, I failed at the whole mind reading thing.

Book four is steadily nearing it's end. It has a few surprises in it. I know they will surprise you, because they surprised me and I'm the author. It was one of those surprises where I was happily scribbling away and all the sudden, out of nowhere, my character said, "By the way, this is going to happen." Just like that. They do it a lot.

I'm also almost done editing the second book. And sending out query letters that are getting rejected. One rejection was a bit hard to take, naming things that were wrong with my book. Well, it was a generic rejection they send to anyone, and it listed things that could be wrong with my book. It said that's why she rejected it, but she didn't name the things she disliked about my book, just generic things. Kind of bummed. I can handle being told that my book needs work, but I'd at least like to know what it is so I can fix it.

With the nearing completion of the last book comes the planning for my next series. I have some ideas. I don't think I want to tell you them. But a friend of mine voted on which she'd like me to write next, you can still vote it's a few posts back. So, that said, I can tell you that as of right now it is probably going to be fantasy. I might reveal the title later. Or not. Depends if I want to be evil or not.

And now, I think that is it. I can't really tell you spoilers, that wouldn't be right. So I think I will go change my shirt and get ready for a chocolate tasting tonight. Bet you wish you could come!
